1. Prohibited Activities
By utilizing any service provided by Wasabi Hosting, you agree to adhere to all applicable laws and refrain from engaging in any illegal or abusive activities. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting DDoS attacks
- Engaging in bruteforcing activities
- Operating Tor exit nodes on our systems
- Performing port scanning
- Abusing mail services that can blacklist our IP addresses
- Intentionally disrupting our network or causing harm to other customers
- Blacklisted activities mentioned in our Terms of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service if we determine that your service is being used for any of the activities mentioned above.
Some of our plans include Fair-Usage Bandwidth. For VPS plans, there is a threshold of 5TB, while Dedicated Server plans have a threshold of 20TB. Should you require additional bandwidth, you may request it. However, Wasabi Hosting reserves the right to manage bandwidth usage if it adversely affects our network. For services with substantial bandwidth needs, customized pricing for traffic can be arranged through mutual agreement.
