Traffic is always delivered through Gcore's protected network, so there is no failover or rerouting event when an attack starts; mitigation is active from the first packet.

Do you provide instant setup?
Yes, all VPS plans are automatically provisioned and set up instantly as soon as your payment is confirmed by our system.
What are the server specifications?
Depending on your chosen tier, we use everything from reliable Intel Xeon processors on our Budget line to top-tier AMD Ryzen 7950X3D and 9950X CPUs on our Performance plans, accompanied by DDR5 memory and up to Gen4 NVMe SSDs.
Where are these servers located?
We currently offer services out of interconnected, premium datacenters in Amsterdam (Netherlands), Frankfurt (Germany), and Ashburn (United States), with Singapore coming soon.
Is DDoS protection included?
Yes. Every VPS, regardless of tier, is delivered through Gcore's always-on protected network with more than 200 Tbps of filtering capacity. We additionally provide our in-house firewall dashboard for L4/L7 custom filtering.
Do you have rDNS available?
Yes! Reverse DNS (rDNS) can be easily managed and pointed to your domains directly from within your VirtFusion management panel.
Are GRE tunnels permitted?
Yes, GRE tunnels are generally permitted as long as they comply with our Fair Use Policy and terms of service.
Can you install Pterodactyl on my VPS?
Absolutely. We provide pre-configured quick-install OS templates directly in the panel, or you can ask our support team to help install the Pterodactyl panel upon request.
Can I upgrade to a different VPS type later?
You can seamlessly upgrade resources within your plan range at any time from the billing area. Moving between entirely different VPS architectures (for example Budget to Extreme Performance) is handled by our support team, who will migrate your data upon request.
